Transport

When receiving the goods, pls check carefully if the package is still in good condition.If the package has been badly deformed or opened, pls do not sign for the reception.You could contact the shipping company or contact us to see what happened.If the package is badly deformed, the goods inside might get crushed and if the package is open, there might be some goods missing.Usually it would not happen as we always ship with UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, EMS.Due to our good packing and the good service of the shipping company, we have never received our customers' complaint about it.

Return or Exchange

To make the return or exchange, pls contact our on-line customer service or send us an e-mail indicating:

2) Customer infos, such as company name, customer name, tel no., e-mail address

3) The reason for returning or exchanging

Normally, we just accept the return or exchange due to the quality problem.And our customers could choose to exchange it or return the payment.

Discrepancy in color and shape

Pls note that it is normal that the color and shape of our jewelry occasionally come to be a little different from those in pictures and this should not be considered to be the quality problem.
