How to make an order?
1) You have to login before could make an order.
2) Login and put the models you would like to order into the shopping cart.
3) Enter into the shopping cart, click "Submit Order" button
4) Complete the shipping address, then click "Submit Order" button
How to check the order details?
Login to the member centre, click "Order" button and select the order you would like to check, click "View" button.
How to cancel an order?
Login to the member centre, click "Order" button and select the order you would like to cancel, click "Cancel" button.Pls note that a confirmed order can not be cancelled.
How to check the order status?
Login to the member centre, then you could check the order status in the order column.
How to put the model into the shopping cart?
Select the model and confirm the quantity you need, click "ADD TO CART" button.
How to change the quantity of the model you have put into the shopping cart?
Enter into the Shopping Cart and select the model to change the quantity.
Concerning the ring, you could change the quantity per size.
How to delete the model?
Enter into the Shopping Cart, select the model and click "DELETE" button.
Concerning the ring, you could delete it per size.
Order Process
1) You create an account and you login.
2) You put the models into the shopping cart and you submit the order.
2) When we receive your order, we confirm it and we prepare it.
3) When the order is ready, we send you the commercial invoice with the shipping cost.
4) You make the payment, when we receive the payment, we will make the shipment and send you the tracking no.
New Arrivals
We have new arrivals each week, you can find them on the homepage "New Arrivals" Column.
Downloads
We will upload the files for all the models we expose in our website, you could download it on "Downloads" column.And the files always contain 2 parts, the first part is the file with price and logo and the second part is the one without price and logo.The file with price and logo is for personal use and the file without price and logo is for you to show to your customers.And all the files need the password to open, and each file's password is different.Pls contact us for the password when you download the files.
Payment
We accept the payment by Paypal, HSBC Bank, Western Union, Money Gram etc

Shipping Cost
As we keep selling everyday, some of the models which you put into the shopping cart might be out of stock.So we can not calculate exactly the shipping cost until the order is ready.So when you confirm the order, we do not indicate the shipping cost on the purchase order.When the order is ready, we will send you the commercial invoice with the shipping cost.For the approximate shipping cost, you could calculate it out by checking the "Shipping" column.Usually we will ship by UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS and which company we will use depends on where our customers are.Of course, our customers could use their account for the shipment or they could use their shipping company.
MOQ
We will ask our customer to order 3pcs per model and at least USD500 per order.
Ring Size
As we keep selling everyday, we might do not have all the sizes in stock.And if we do not have the size you need in stock, we will send you the closest size which we have stock.And for the couple rings design, W=Woman and M=Man, this means, for example, W#7 means size 7 for woman and M#7 means size 7 for Man, pls note this.And for more details for the ring size, pls check the "Ring Size" Column.
